I'm a professional freelance photographer from Central Victoria, Australia.
I have been heavily involved in Mountain Biking for years, both Nationally and Internationally competing as an athlete. Now, since stopping racing, I'm looking forward to viewing it from a new perspective - as a photographer.
I spent 2021 racing in Europe for 8 months on my own dollar, before deciding to retire from racing, and shifted my focus to photography.
In 2022 I dove headlong into shooting the MTB World Cup. No excuses, I camped under team buses, behind podiums and under bridges. I made it work, and showed up at every race I could, taking every opportunity I had.
That summer, I also spent weeks on end in Ukraine, documenting life in Lviv during the first months of Russia's full scale invasion of the country.
After a very successful 2022 season I was named AMB Photographer of the Year for 2022, and had an exhibition of film photographs from my time in Ukraine.
Since then, an ever increasing stream of work and support has allowed me to focus more on photographing, without worrying so much about where I'll eat or sleep that night.
My work has been printed, published and projected, and I have had numerous magazine covers.
I have worked together with editorial outlets such as Misspent Summers and Escape Collective , and my clients include SCOTT, RockShox, Rapha, Allied, USA Cycling, Canyon CCLLTV, RAPT unFACTORY RACING and World Trail, to name a few.
In 2026 I am trying to find more work in the documentary and journalism space, in an effort to balance the immorality of my capitalistic endeavours.
